FAQs
What are your payment terms?
We require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking and the remaining balance, along with the accidental damage deposit (please find more information below), to be paid no less than 24 hours before delivery. We accept the following payment methods: Zelle, PayPal and Venmo.
What is an accidental damage deposit?
A refundable accidental damage deposit of $1,000 is due a day before the delivery. This deposit is incremental to the rental fee, and it is to cover any damage beyond normal wear and tear that may occur to the rental equipment while in your care, as well as the full replacement value of any rental equipment that isn’t returned to Boho and Green. If no such damage occurred, the deposit is fully refunded back to you within 24 hours of the equipment being returned.
Should we have a rain plan?
Please have a plan in place for rain to avoid being charged damage fees (please find more information above under accidental damage deposit). Items should be protected while under your care. In case of inclement weather, the rental equipment should be covered or moved indoors/under tents.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will be happy to work with you if you need to reschedule your event to another date/time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather) if such a date/time is available. If you need to reschedule, please give us as early heads up as possible. If you reschedule within four hours of the scheduled delivery time, you are responsible for the $85 delivery fee.
We will return the 25% booking deposit if you cancel your reservation more than 21 days prior to your event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of a cancellation after that period. The accidental damage deposit is fully refundable in case of any cancellation.
What if we stain or break something?
We understand things get messy when kids are having fun. That’s why normal tear and wear are not going to result in a damage fee (i.e., no reduction of deposit). However, in case of damage beyond normal tear and wear to the rental equipment, we’ll deduct it from the deposit (please find more information under accidental damage deposit above).
The dried flowers (not including the vases and stands) come complimentary with your package and don’t need to be returned. Staining or damaging small decorations, such as white embroidered tapestry, music toy, or let’s eat the cake banner, isn’t going to result in a damage fee.
You’re responsible for the protection of the rental equipment for the entirety of your rental period.
